Navaratri 2026  ·  Vijayadashami  ·  October 20, 2026

I woke up in Brahma muhurta at 4 am sharp. I wanted to make sure that I am debt free and all the bills are paid, before this auspicious day began, to welcome Ma Durga, slayer of demon Mahishasur, and Shri Rama, the slayer of demon Ravana.

DuSahas kar ke apne ‘EGO’ roopiey ‘RAWAN’ ko JALLA diya.. toh samjho RAMRAJYA mein ho gaye agrasar!

My Memoir Is Now Online

I am pleased to inform you that at 4:53 am I published my memoir on my website. It is readily available worldwide on my website for anyone who wants to read it. It may not be acclaimed worldwide, but I care more about it being easily accessible worldwide.

Morning Walk at Marine Park and Gerritsen Creek

At 5:30 I went to bed and snoozed for much needed rest for two hours. Today I went out for morning walk when the sun was shining high up in the sky and sunshine was spread all across Marine Park and Gerritsen Creek.

A Joyful Note of Tweety

The day started on a joyful note of Tweety.

Day began joyously with Tweety

A Day of Minutiae

By the time I returned, it was getting close to work hours. Today I was bogged in minutiae, because some administrative work required urgent attention.

Evening Celebration and a Message of Thankfulness

I joined the evening celebration at the temple and it closed with a beautiful message of thankfulness. Be thankful to Mother Earth for bearing your weight. Be thankful and grateful for this precious human life and do something worthwhile.

Which leads me to Maithili Sharan Gupt’s inspirational poem:

Nar Ho, Na Nirash Karo Man Ko  ·  Maithili Sharan Gupt
